I was on the 20th floor, and the room was really clean and beautiful. The hot water and water pressure were satisfying. The hotel is pretty good for comfort and cleanliness. The service was very helpful. The staff was nice and attentive, although it seemed like they were unfamiliar with some procedures. The location was not the most convenient for the MTR but was easy to walk to, close to shops and restaurants. The dining experience provided homemade muffins. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean, big, and very modern, but unfortunately, there was a leaking issue when we checked in. The service was good overall, with the staff being nice, attentive, and very polite, but the hotel is not very close to Hong Kong. The location was somewhat inconvenient, a bit far from the MTR Station, and there were no restaurants inside the hotel or nearby open after 19:00. The dining options were limited to golden malted waffles only. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
